Smoking Ban

Please note that all rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms, as even cigarette smoke could cause the fire alarm to sound throughout the building.

Pool Service

You can enjoy our private swimming pool, located in front of the Hotel in our annex, with a surface area of ​​58 square meters and a constant height of 1.40 m .

Our swimming pool awaits you every day starting from June 1st , from 09:00 to 19:00.

Relax in our swimming pool, an oasis of freshness at your disposal.

• Entrance to the swimming pool is always free for all our guests.

• The poolside loungers are free and included only for those with the EXECUTIVE package.

• For all other guests, it is possible to reserve your own exclusive sunbed at a cost of €10.00 per day .

We inform you that, in compliance with current legislation, the swimming pool does not require the presence of a lifeguard .
Any action or accident inside the pool area will be the civil responsibility of the people who have committed it, furthermore it is forbidden to introduce food and drinks (in bottles or glass glasses) inside the pool.

Below is information on the affiliated beaches:

• For bookings with the EXECUTIVE package: The associated bathroom included is no. 115 "Oreste".
  If you would like to use another of our partner beaches, we invite you to view them by clicking on "BEACHES" in the banner at the top of this page, so that you can let us know your preference.

• For bookings with a stay of less than 5 nights: The partner beach is no. 135-136 "Marano Beach".
  You can use the beach service from the early morning on the day of arrival.

Restaurant Service

Enjoy our cuisine at the following times:

• Breakfast: 07:30 to 10:00
• Lunch: 12:30 to 13:30
• Dinner: 7:30pm to 8:30pm

Meal Information

• For reservations with Full Board: The meal can be consumed starting from lunch on the day of arrival. In the event that this meal is not consumed, a "packed lunch" will be recognized as a substitute at the time of check-out. No refund will be provided for meals not consumed during the stay.

• For Bed and Breakfast (B&B) bookings: You can use our restaurant service. The cost of the meal for direct bookings is €22.00 per meal for adults and €20.00 for children.

• Restaurant Room Regulations: Please note that it is not permitted to take food or drinks present during meals out of the restaurant room . In case of non-compliance with this rule, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of the amount taken.

Parking Service

The Hotel offers a parking service at a cost of €10.00 per day .

The parking is located 800 meters from the property and the service is valid until 11:00 on the day of departure. Please note that the parking is fenced with private access, but not guarded .

The Hotel declines all responsibility for any events that may occur within the car park (such as damage, theft, vandalism, etc.).

Parks Convention

We have an agreement for the COSTA parks (Aquafan, Oltremare, Acquario le Navi and Italia in miniatura) that you can request at our reception so you can take advantage of the €2.00 discount on the full ticket price in addition to the fact that you will skip the queue at the park ticket offices.

Shuttle Service:

Shuttle service available from Riccione station to the Hotel at a cost of 10.00 euros per ride. You can contact us for any request for the service.

Pet Friendly Stay

Our facility accepts small/medium-sized pets, a supplement of 15.00 euros will be requested for the final sanitization of the room at the end of the stay.

We remind you to bring your 4-legged friend's vaccination booklet with you because the lifeguard will ask for it to allow him access to the beach (which must be booked) and the lifeguard will ask for a supplement.

Check-in and Check-out
