PAYMENT METHOD

In order to confirm the booking, it is necessary to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the whole amount.

Below are the accepted payment methods for the amount required in order to confirm the booking.

It is important to report the BOOKING CODE in order to associate the deposit to the correct reservation.

Please note that payments reporting the caption ACCOMMODATION ADVANCE PAYMENT as their payment reason will not be deemed valid and in such case the amount will be promptly returned to the sender with the booking deemed void. For tax-related reasons, the correct caption is accommodation DEPOSIT

BOOKING CANCELLATION
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of the indicated amount is required.

• up to 30 days from arrival, the amount will be refunded in full
• up to 20 days from arrival, a discount voucher will be issued for the amount paid to be used for a new booking within 12 months
• less than 20 days from arrival, the amount will be fully withheld

EARLY DEPARTURE
Guests checking out of the hotel prior to their schedule departure date are subject to the payment of the total amount as provided for in the contract signed at the time of the booking.
